Roadmap

The roadmap outlines a recommended sequence of courses to follow in order to complete the degree in a timely manner. It is designed to take into account General Education courses and major preparation courses that will satisfy multiple requirements with one course. The roadmap suggests sequencing to ensure that prerequisite courses are completed prior to taking the higher-level course. Use the roadmap in conjunction with the degree evaluation when planning courses.

How to Find a Major Roadmap

Roadmaps are located in the University Catalog. Roadmaps are not available in the University Catalog prior to the 2025‑26 academic year. For course sequencing information for prior academic years, students should refer to the MyMAP (Major Academic Plan) website.

  • Roadmaps for all majors: Use the Roadmaps link in the main navigation of the catalog website for a full list of roadmaps. Arrow pointing to the current catalog selection and 'Roadmaps' in the navigation.
  • Roadmaps from a program page: Navigate to the program page from the Programs by Campus Location link in the main navigation of the catalog wesite. Select a program and the link to the roadmap will be listed at the beginning of the content for that program. Arrow pointing to the Programs by Campus Location and to the link for the roadmap.
