If you do not have a computer available or the Zoom app, you can join our Virtual Front Desk by using your phone and dialing in to the virtual meeting.

  1. Dial 1-669-444-9171 (carrier rates may apply).
  2. Next, you will be prompted to enter the meeting ID: 889 8559 2753.
  3. If the meeting has not already started and you join before the host, press # to wait in the waiting room.
Phone controls for participants

The following commands can be entered via DTMF tones using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:

  • *6 - Toggle mute/unmute
  • *9 - Raise/lower hand

Due to campus holidays and office closures, this office will be closed on the following dates:

2023: January 2, January 16, March 30–31, May 29, June 19, July 4, July 7, September 4, November 10, November 23–24, December 21–26

2024: January 1, January 15, April 1, May 27, June 19, July 4, September 2, November 11, November 28–29, December 24–27

The Office of the Registrar:

  • Manages academic class and final exam schedule
  • Manages student records, transcripts, and other documents
  • Provides registration services
  • Houses all registration activities

Mission Statement

The Office of the Registrar supports students, staff, and faculty by providing a network of resources to the campus community. Our staff are an expert source for campus and system policies and procedures that support a diverse student population. The office upholds the integrity of student records while ensuring the timely review of transfer credit and degree conferral.
